Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked and cooled Steam Sona Mansoor Rice (Pooja Industries)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, capsicum, cabbage)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- Spring onions for garnish

Method:
- Prepare rice: Cook rice and cool completely (preferably refrigerate for 30 minutes).
- Stir-fry veggies: Heat oil in a wok. Add garlic and onions; sauté until slightly golden. Add vegetables and stir-fry on high flame for 3–4 minutes.
- Add sauces: Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Mix rice: Add the cooked rice and toss gently so the sauces coat every grain.
- Garnish: Add spring onions and serve hot.
