Ingredients:

 

  • 2 cups cooked and cooled Steam Sona Mansoor Rice (Pooja Industries)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, capsicum, cabbage)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Spring onions for garnish

Method:

 

  1. Prepare rice: Cook rice and cool completely (preferably refrigerate for 30 minutes).
  2. Stir-fry veggies: Heat oil in a wok. Add garlic and onions; sauté until slightly golden. Add vegetables and stir-fry on high flame for 3–4 minutes.
  3. Add sauces: Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix rice: Add the cooked rice and toss gently so the sauces coat every grain.
  5. Garnish: Add spring onions and serve hot.
